页绪论本规范是在在负责野外作业的规范旨在为抽油机的设计、选择和生产的各方提供要求和信息。而且,本规范规定了制造厂商要声称符合本规范所需达到的最低要求。本规范的用户应认识到:个别情况下可能需要高出本规范中的叙述的要求。本规范并不是要禁止制造厂商提供或用户/购买者接受可供选择的仪器或工程解决方法,有创新或发展的科技时特别适用。当有其他可供选择时,制造厂商应辨别与本规范的不同之处,并提供差异的细节。附录表格和记录抽油机冲程和扭矩系数的表格(附录
